Join me for a weekly yoga class in the pool at Celadon. Build strength as you move from pose to pose by adding the weight of the water. Play with balance when you immersing the body in the pool for a wonderful low-impact exercise. Stretch and feel good in your body without having to transition from the floor to standing like traditional classes. Discover how you can take your practice into the pool with me!
