Fika with Jo

Service Description

Join Jo for our Virtual Fika! It is a chance to slow down, drink a cup of hot tea or coffee, and maybe have a little snack while we catch up with members of our yoga community. This is a completely free event meant to connect our community and include any yogis who wish to attend. You do not need to be a paying monthly member or actively attend classes with me to join me for this collective pause. Come sit for a spell.
